Location: the hotel was right by dining options, downtown restaurants, and the centre. It also was to most places. The room was immaculately clean and it had a roll in shower, hairdryers and bath sheets, that's cool: )

The room was cozy and comfy, with a cool city view. Loved chilling in the spacious seating areas. Artwork around made me feel connected to Rochester’s history. Beds were super soft and clean.
The air conditioner was a bit too zealous, playing freeze tag with our comfort.

Truly exceptional and exceptionally comfortable hotel located in a beautiful area near downtown restaurants and a restaurant district. Particularly good location, near Mark Groaning Gallery. - Spotless room with exceptionally comfortable bed. - Well-equipped bathroom with roll-in showers. - Pleasant staff on reception and elsewhere.
